Blogging from A to Z Challenge: G

 is for Ghazal poems.

Once upon a time,
papa found a dime.

Papa wouldn't share,
not at any time.

Mama said, "Not nice!
That's a big, fat crime!"

Papa felt real bad,
like a ball of slime.

Then he changed his mind,
right before a chime

of the clock struck ten,
ending this here rhyme.

Okay, I realize this poem is pretty lame, but you get the idea anyway.  Having a hard time coming up with a poetic form for the letter G, I found this link helpful.  This poetic form uses the rhyme scheme of aa, ba, ca, da, ea, etc.  See what you can do and feel free to add your poem to the comments or a link to your poem.
